Gavin

Managing Director/ Co-Owner

Gavin has over 15 years experience in the industry, mainly working for larger companies including BAe Systems, Nortel Networks and Orange PLC.

Gavin has extensive technical and project management knowledge, with a proven track record delivering projects both on time and on budget.

Wanting a new challenge, Gavin joined forces with Ben and setup GSL in 2009 to offer a full service media agency.

Gavin heads up the company’s technical team and specialises in all aspects of web development.

Creative Director/ Co-Owner

With prevalent and award-winning experience in video production and graphic design, Ben has proven to produce quality across the board with extensive knowledge in these fields.

Ben has worked for ITV, Devon County Council, and many other prestigious clients on a white label basis.

After working on a freelance basis for many years, he decided to join forces with Gavin to form GSL in 2009. Their vision was to create a company that gave clients one unique source for all their media and IT needs.

Stacey is our cheerful Office Manager who oversees the general day to day running of the office.

With great communication and marketing skills enhanced by her history as a recruitment specialist, Stacey is a vital contact point for our customers, ensuring that all their requirements are fulfilled. Stacey’s meticulous upkeep of our accounts and workflow systems ensure that the office runs smoothly. She also excels in managing our marketing campaigns. In her spare time (if any!) she is something of an entrepreneur, loves going to the gym and relaxing with her family.

Alice

Project Coordinator

Alice brings a wealth of experience to her role at GSL Media, having worked on projects across a wide range of industries and sectors. She is a skilled communicator and adept at managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Alice’s keen eye for detail and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to the team. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and collaborates with the production team to develop tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

In her role as project coordinator, Alice oversees all aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping and planning through to final delivery and post-project analysis. She is an expert at managing competing priorities, anticipating potential roadblocks, and proactively finding solutions to ensure that projects run smoothly and successfully.

With an unwavering passion for creativity, Aimee continually seeks to expand her skills and remains at the forefront of all things imaginative, bringing her expertise in photography, video production, and graphic design to the forefront at GSL media.

Aimee is proficient in harnessing the power of Adobe Creative Suite. She effortlessly produces captivating web designs, innovative branding concepts, impactful marketing materials, and seamless image and video editing.

Drawing from extensive experience collaborating with diverse clients, Aimee effortlessly adapts to ever-evolving briefs and client requirements. Her distinctive talent lies in her innate ability to harness the persuasive force of visual marketing. Her knack for conveying compelling messages through captivating imagery solidifies her as a true expert in the art, making her the go-to authority in creating visually striking content that grabs attention and leaves a lasting impact.

Jack

Senior developer

Jack is a highly experienced website and eCommerce developer with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has an excellent track record of delivering high-quality projects for a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.

As a senior developer, Jack has a deep understanding of web technologies and development frameworks. He specialises in designing and developing scalable and efficient websites and eCommerce solutions that are optimised for performance and user experience.

Jack has extensive experience in a variety of development languages, including PHP, JavaScript, and Python. He is also proficient in several popular eCommerce platforms, such as Magento and WooCommerce.

Chris is a senior website and eCommerce developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He specialises in designing and developing high-performance, scalable websites, and eCommerce solutions with a particular focus on back-end integration.

As a senior developer, Chris has extensive experience with integrating websites and eCommerce platforms with various back-end systems, such as ERPs, CRMs, and payment gateways. He is proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Python, and JavaScript, and has a deep understanding of APIs and web services.

Chris is an expert in developing custom solutions to meet his clients’ unique needs and requirements. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures that every aspect of his projects, from design to development and integration, is of the highest quality.

Damian

Sean

Video Production

As GSL Media’s lead videographer and photographer, Sean is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from conceptualisation to post-production. He works closely with clients to understand their unique vision and bring it to life through stunning visuals that engage and inspire.

Whether he’s capturing the energy of a live event, producing a branded content series, or creating a cinematic masterpiece, Sean approaches each project with the same level of passion and dedication. His commitment to excellence is evident in every frame he captures, and clients rave about his ability to bring their vision to life.

In his free time, Sean enjoys exploring the outdoors and experimenting with new techniques and equipment to take his craft to the next level. He is also an avid traveller and draws inspiration from the diverse cultures and landscapes he encounters on his adventures.

Andy

Having worked for a variety of high end and famous clients on both large and small scales, Andy is confident and experienced in design for motion, print and screen with a fully proficient working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of motion graphics programs, including Cinema 4D, Final Cut, after effects, and Premier.

Andy holds an MA in Motion Graphics & Visual Communication from Kingston University, receiving a Distinction and also a BA Hons in Graphic design from Falmouth College of Art.

Catherine

Admin

Catherine is a consummate professional who prides herself on providing the highest level of support to her colleagues and clients alike.

As an administrative assistant, Catherine’s role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. She is a master of time management and is adept at prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

Catherine’s positive attitude and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the team. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her colleagues and clients, and her friendly and approachable manner has earned her the respect and admiration of all who work with her.
