A new WooCommerce website for a growing commercial print business based in Exeter

The Challenge.

GSL were presented with the challenge of designing and developing a new QuickPrint eCommerce site. The main goals were to develop a WordPress/WooCommerce website that incorporated a unique, presentational, and informative offering to consumers. The website needed to include an eCommerce store for purchasing of print products and to be optimised to react responsively to different screen sizes, including all mobile and tablet devices.

The Solution.

GSL created a new sleek & clear design, bringing QuickPrint into the modern age and incorporating the company’s branding and imagery. Being a print business, it was important that the user journey was the main focus of the project, making it clear and easy for the user to upload their artwork.

This project was unique and custom due to the range of specific functions required. These included upselling design time, allowing customers to fast track their orders, and pricing tables to display complex price offerings in a clear and concise way. GSL also implemented a custom checkout area with functionality for users to upload artwork. It was also important for the eCommerce store to incorporate cross sells and related products to help QuickPrint maximise basket value.

The Results.

QuickPrint not only have a brand new modern looking website, but a WooCommerce/Wordpress site that is easy for the team to manage. From managing orders, to following up enquiries, to editing their informational pages, QuickPrint’s team now have an intuitive and user-friendly platform with which to update the website. The website is compatible across multiple platforms and has undergone vigorous multi-device testing.
